Anti-Vitamins and Nutrition

In the last blog, we talked about pro-vitamins. Well, there is a counter-part, anti-vitamins. Anti-vitamins are found in natural and synthetic forms. They are similar to true vitamins and can take the place of true vitamins in the body. However, they do not function in the same way and the body does not necessarily recognize them. Anti-vitamins, therefore, are highly toxic and should be avoided to maintain optimal holistic health and wellness.
